I can do it pretty much any day as long as I can schedule it ahead of time. Can we skype tomorrow and discuss details? You think there is any chance of getting someone like Hall Davidson or Dan Schmit?
Thanks, Tim. I will probably in the beginning be a distant viewer.
I have been keeping a watch on the new Google Wave that should be
out at the end of the year.
I’m interested in all three. (Does anyone want to set up a live session on video? Does anyone want to be a co-moderator? Does anyone have some cool examples of kids using video?) I have a lot of student video projects I’d love to share. Let’s talk.
Hi Tim, I've been a member of VidSnacks for quite some time and hadn't checked back in awhile so I'm actually "glad" that the spammer message came through in a funny sort of way because it reminded me I needed to get caught up with the great resources on your site. I'm especially glad you're creating this group for Online Broadcasting because it's something I'm very interested in. I haven't been especially successful streaming from ustream.tv but it's probably due to lack of experience. I've been much more successful with Mogulus and am using that to stream AzTEA events and broadcast video. I hope I'll be able to share some of my experiences and I know I will learn a lot from others in the group. Thanks for starting the group.
Excellent post on Marco Torres. I'm a big fan of his as well. I tried to comment on your blog but it brought up an error. Just thought you should know.
Howdy, Tim. Good to hear form you. Did you ever get my email with the PEIMS code for the course? Also, is this a good place to put my digital storytelling vids that I have created?
PS - I am not sure where your CES post went, but I am one of the ones who would love to have a 6 foot TV in the house. Just to have it.
Tim, I just watched a bunch of things here and on your blog. I love this group and I'm learning a lot and trying new things myself. I just made my first little piece with Photo Story...and now I need to be able to convert it to FLV to upload it into the viewer on a new blog. Do you know of a free conversion utility for the PC that will allow me to do this? I've got AVS but it doesn't convert to FLV, just to SWF... I'm so new to all this I'm stuck and I'm figuring you know the answer to this......yes?
Tim, I watched your intro (in the car) video after I posted 2 videos of my own. I apologize that the length of each is around 8 minutes. I will not post anything larger than 5 min. in the future. Do you want me to take them out?
I think I finally got that second video up. It seemed to go through a "converting" stage that I didn't see before. The last couple times it seemed to just show the first 30 sec or so and then cut off. Anyway, it seems ok now. Thx!

I just added a promo video. I went over on the time, but I think people will like it.
