Nice job Steve! Excellent work. Too bad you didn't have a camera on a boom huh? Can you discuss a little about how this was shot? How did you do audio? What was the room set up?

One of my favorite classes in college was a literature class taught by Dr. C.L. Sonnichsen, "From Hopalong to Hud", a great look at how the media deals with cowboy heroes and villians - a little dated, but great reading for us 'Old Farts.'

Steve,
Thanks for the response. I have my own creative latitude as well. Unfortunately, that is because digital media is still seen as a new and wild unattainable resource. I've been developing similar vid projects since 1980. There is no actual studio or budget for the students or me to produce video. Although I've been a district employee for 28 years, about 90% of what I do is self-funded. I do post to the website, dub old 3/4 inch tapes to local cable television as well. Our message gets out there. The school district has recognized this from time to time, but I wish there was a way to better measure if our message is actually reaching the community. I can see how many hits we receive on the website and that has been very positive, especially from chats and emails, Now that I've committed this to a post, I realize how unusual my situation is. I've written grants, applied for awards and gotten 2nd jobs just to keep it all going. -Hey Steve, purging to you is cheaper than therapy. [g] Thanks!
